How it works & Policies
Thank you for considering Albertinie Photo — I’d love to capture your session.
Here’s everything you need to know before booking:
• Rate: Sessions begin at $175/30min & $275/hr
• Deposit: A deposit fee of $25 is required to officially reserve your date.
• Cancellation/Reschedule: Deposits are non-refundable; reschedules require 48 hours notice.
• Expectations: You’ll receive lightly edited images (skin editing, hair flyaway removal, lighting adjustment)
Advanced retouching (e.g., body reshaping, object removal, background swaps) may incur additional fees. RAWs are included. All edits will be sent in 7 days, the non edited photos will be sent within 24hrs of the shoot date.
• Experience: Once booked, you’ll receive a full prep message covering outfits, grooming, arrival, and shoot flow to make sure your photos come out clean and elevated.
If you’re ready, choose your preferred service and date/time then I’ll secure it for you.
Here’s everything you need to know so your shoot goes smooth and your photos actually turn out like you want:
1. Outfits
Pick 1–2 outfits max. Please arrive in your first outfit to use your time best.
2. Grooming & Details
Hair trimmed, nails clean, lint checked, clothes steamed. The camera picks up every detail, even the ones you think don’t matter.
3. Be on time
Your session starts at the scheduled time, not when you arrive. Late arrival = less shooting time. There also is a $20 15 minute late fee.
4. Location & Parking
Address will be sent over through text on the calendar confirmation. There is only one parking spot per client so if your bringing friends or family please arrive in one car.
Arrive 5–10 min early to park, breathe, and get settled.
5. Poses
Don’t stress about posing—I’ll guide you the entire time so you look natural, flattering, and confident.
6. Final Payment
Remaining balance is due the day of the shoot.
Refunds: Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final.
If you were unhappy with the service you must let me know during the shoot. you also will be shown the photos at the end of your shoot which is another time you should let me know if your unhappy with service. Otherwise all sales are final.
